1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luckwin ("luckwin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at luckwin.one. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. luckwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is PHP 100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. luckwin targets withdrawal processing within 5–60 minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfers via InstaPay generally complete within 2 hours. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. luckwin will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from legally required verification holds.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on luckwin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). luckwin does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

luckwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each bonus offer page.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes fraudulent behaviour and will result in account closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, luckwin's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. luckwin is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) losses caused by events beyond luckwin's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

luckwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at luckwin.one/privacy-policy, and in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. luckwin will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

luckwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
